What is the Wellness Summit?

The Wellness Summit is a two day event hosted by Australia’s #1 health and wellness podcasting network The Wellness Couch. This yearly event features presentations by the networks favourite podcast hosts and special guests in the health and wellness industry.

In it’s fourth year, the Wellness Summit continues to grow in popularity. After four sell-out events over the last 3 years, hosting over 2,000 wellness advocates, this year’s Wellness Summit will be held on Saturday the 10th and Sunday the 11th September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in an even larger venue – promising it will be bigger than ever!

The Wellness Couch registers over 1.1 million downloads per year from their loyal podcast listeners.  90% of The Wellness Couch and The Wellness Summit listeners and attendees are females aged 25 to 54 who are eager to be the best version of themselves and are thirsty for knowledge in the nutrition-exercise-mindset triad.
